What hotel owners usually ask
How do I start?
Get in touch. We create your account, send you an invitation and help you add your first information.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Information goes in through forms in the dashboard. The widget needs one line of code, which whoever runs your website can add.
Which languages does it answer in?
Greek and English. It recognises the language of the message and replies in the same one.
What if it does not know the answer?
It does not make things up. It tells the guest it does not have that information and points them to reception.
Do guests pay anything?
No, never. The assistant and the guide are free for guests.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How does the launch offer work?
The first 50 hotels pay €990 for the first year on any hotel package. From the second year the regular price applies.
Do I earn anything from recommendations?
On the Advanced and Enterprise packages, bookings from recommendations are recorded and you can receive a share of the commission, as set for each partnership.
